Travel (Payments)/Imports = Spending by U.S. citizens outside the U.S. on travel-related expenses, i.e., lodging, food, entertainment, etc.

Passenger Fares (Payments)/Imports = Spending by U.S. citizens traveling outside the U.S. on foreign flag carriers, and other misc. transportation.
